From Mild Stuttering to Irreversible Evolution of Schizophrenia

This short article is about a very important aspect and the foundation of any form of stupor CPS-mind programs, their origin, development and irreversible rooting in the human mind.

Stuttering is a particular form of a stupor of the speech apparatus; this form is associated with speech. However, the state of stupor is a pretty widespread phenomenon, which is common not only in speech, but also in any educational process. Today, we will shed the light on the CPS as a conditionally pathological state of the human mind. In scientific psychological and psychiatric circles, it is called with a simple word – Schizophrenia.

The word Schizophrenia means “split mind/reason” (ancient Greek) and refers to a disruption of the usual balance of emotions and thinking.

Here is a scientific definition of schizophrenia, which may be difficult to understand for the wide range of readers.

Schizophrenia is a polymorphic mental disorder or group of mental disorders associated with the disintegration of thought processes and emotional reactions. In general, schizophrenic disorders are characterized with specific fundamental disturbances of thinking and perception, as well as inadequate or reduced affect. The most frequent manifestations of the disease are auditory hallucinations, paranoid or fantasy delusions or disorganization of speech and thinking on the background of significant social dysfunction and abnormal ability to work.

In psychiatry, it is called dementia praecox (Latin) – a severe mental disorder characterized by some, but not necessarily all, of the following features: emotional blunting, intellectual deterioration, social isolation, disorganized speech and behavior, delusions, and hallucinations.

The prevalence of schizophrenia is thought to be about 1% of the population around the world. In the United States and Canada, patients with schizophrenia fill about 25% of all hospital beds. The disorder is considered to be one of the top ten causes of long-term disability worldwide.
